While the functional layout is based on the previous buildings’ structure, it has been completely redesigned. When arranging the individual zones, in accordance with the investors’ expectations, the proportions of the rooms, their exposure to the cardinal directions and the views from the windows proved to be key factors. It is attention to detail that makes the interior truly unique. In this bold space, refined forms, noble textures and carefully selected materials create a harmonious design. The perfect balance between aesthetics and comfort is cosy rather than intimidating.
