A modernist block and five hundred metres of space. The vast space, comfort and elegance of this place successfully allow it to be called a residence. A large part of the furnishings were made by us "to measure" and include not only the Z1 kitchen....
For the living room, we supplied wall cladding and doors veneered with natural-coloured eucalyptus wood - giving the interior a cosy, clubby feel. A custom-made RTV cabinet hangs on one of the walls. In the entrance hall, on the other hand, the built-in wardrobes could not be missing. They are perfectly integrated into the architecture of the house and match the colour scheme of the interior.

The largest room, occupying the very centre of the house, is the kitchen with a dining area for ten people. That is why the Z1 kitchen model we supplied has a representative character, highlighted by dark colours and a luxurious finish. The island separating the kitchen area from the dining area combines several functions. It is a cooking area with a convenient, large gas hob mounted flush with the worktop. The table top, which extends from the living room, serves as a bar where you can sit on tall stools. Space has also been created in the furniture for a small wine cellar. Behind the tall built-in units, there is a "dirty kitchen" with a dishwashing area, pantry and coffee machine. This is accessed via a door finished in anthracite matt lacquer, just like the kitchen furniture. The worktops and the wall-mounted element between the cabinets, on the other hand, are made of brushed virginia mist granite.
