Giving a deep breath, the space makes the biggest impression upon entering this house. A conscious, simple and old as the world procedure. For it is the space in and around the house that is the true luxury, for which there is no substitute. The living area was designed as an open plan, where the zoning is conventional. Its spacious character was also emphasised by opening it up to two floors, hence the presence of a mezzanine floor. The kitchen, supplied by the ZAJC brand, has found its place here and integrates perfectly into the modernist form of the house. The furniture was configured to individual order on the basis of the Z4 model. The whole is coated in matt anthracite lacquer. In the same colour are the worktops made of the extremely durable Lapitec material.
