The Laboratory Kitchen was created for Atelier Amaro at Home. The model primarily organises products according to Modest Amaro's calendar of nature. Products are divided into 52 weeks, instead of the standard four seasons.

- This is a special project for me, because with cooking it's like life. You look for a recipe or you create it yourself. The way is not important, but the effect. The most important thing is to act with passion - to discover Polish flavours. Look for them in our forests, lakes and fields," comments Modest Amaro.

The kitchen fronts were finished in anthracite matt lacquer and a quartz conglomerate worktop was matched. Gaggenau appliances were installed in the built-in: wine cooler, oven, steamer, induction hob and pull-out cooker hood.
